My client is a leading worldwide, luxury watch manufacturer.

This role is located in the Greater NYC area and is able to work within a hybrid schedule.

Role & Responsibilities- Ensures an ongoing alignment with the IT Department and remote site Management regarding the effectiveness of the current IT Solutions- Facilitates an ongoing conversation with the Business Process owners and the IT department about the status of ongoing initiatives- Troubleshoot, analyze, support users, and manage escalations

Skills & Qualifications- 3+ years of experience with business analysis or end-user support- ERP or manufacturing software experience- Experience within the logistics side of D365 or AX preferred
